Scapezone provides professional landscaping and hardscaping services including but not limited to: outdoor living installations, fencing and walls, turf and landscaping, concrete work, and drainage systems. All services are subject to availability and project feasibility assessment.

We offer free initial consultations to assess your project needs. Estimates provided are based on information available at the time and may be subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, or project scope modifications. Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract.

By entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate property information and necessary access
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Obtain any required permits or approvals (unless otherwise specified)
• Notify us promptly of any concerns or changes to the project scope

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

We strive to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material delays, permit processing, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your service contract. Warranties typically cover defects in installation but may not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.

Cancellation and change order policies will be specified in your service contract. Changes to project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. Cancellations may be subject to fees for work already completed or materials ordered.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in your service contract. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

By engaging our services, you grant us access to your property during agreed-upon working hours. You are responsible for securing pets, removing valuable items from work areas, and notifying us of any hazards or special considerations on your property.

Design concepts, plans, and proposals created by Scapezone remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce or use these materials for other purposes without our consent.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any of our forms, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Scapezone Landscape Solutions. These messages may include consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and project status notifications.

We may photograph completed projects for our portfolio and marketing materials. If you prefer your project not be featured publicly, please notify us in writing.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. Any disputes not resolved through direct communication shall be subject to mediation in Los Angeles County, California, before pursuing other legal remedies.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
